Mont Boron is called the “Hollywood Hills” of Nice. It is one of the most prestigious places to live on the French Riviera.
The main advantages are beautiful sea views, high-quality real estate and proximity to the airport (15 minutes drive). The latter is especially pleasing to foreign businessmen, many of whom own villas here.
There are few cafes, restaurants and shops here, but they are enough for living. Most residents (66%) are property owners, not renters. This is one of the greenest areas of Nice: the Parc Forestier du Mont Boron national park is located on the territory of Mont Boron.
Most of the real estate in Mont Boron has a view of the Baie des Anges and the Bay of Villefranche. A square meter costs 5-13 thousand euros per square meter in apartments and 5-16 thousand euros per square meter in private houses. This is the most expensive area of the city in terms of real estate. Prices for one-bedroom apartments start at 400 thousand euros. Many have terraces and secure parking spaces. Villas can range in price from 1 to 5 million euros.
