According to the unanimous assessment of experts, of all the sectors of the national economy, it is the construction of the most dynamic pace – and there are a number of reasons for this. Firstly, in the country it is necessary to solve the “apartment issue” as soon as possible in most regions, it is necessary to enter millions of square meters of good comfortable housing into operation. Secondly, it is unrealistic to increase the pace of development of the entire economy, if you do not build new plants and factories that fully satisfy working conditions in the market conditions. Thirdly, finished construction products are needed. It is no secret that the well -being of the whole country directly depends on ensuring its food security. On the agenda of leading construction associations, questions are raised about the construction of productive elevators, premises for grain processing, livestock complexes.
To date, the topic of the importance of building production itself is not raised – active work is being carried out to search for new techniques that allow a large extent to reduce the period of commissioning of buildings into operation, while reducing the costs of the technological process as much as possible. Given a number of factors, the main number of premises (not only residential, but also public, commercial purposes) is built in a monolithic-punishment way. Its peculiarity is the fact that the finished concrete mixture (which includes cement binding, sand, crushed stone and a number of additives that allow you to work under frost, extreme heat and some other conditions) is poured into pre -established forms. Steel rods are pre -placed in the formwork – the reinforcement connected together is a reliable skeleton that protects the house from destruction. The conjugation of steel structures at the facilities is carried out by electric arcs or gas welding (some elements of the reinforcing frame are connected by strapping with a knitting wire). Concrete in Moscow is produced on dozens of RBU, of which, by means of concrete absorbs, the mixture is diluted for use by the objects located in the city line.
The main advantages of the monolithic technique should be considered:
• speed of commissioning the building;
• the possibility of implementing complex and unusual architectural solutions in practice (their implementation into reality is reduced to the production of formwork of the required form);
• The construction of buildings that fully satisfy the criteria of reliability, durability, comfortable being inside citizens.
On the basis of the aforementioned technology, not only large construction trusts work. Almost all country houses in cottage villages are also built in a monolithic way. Reinforced concrete is used to obtain the main load -bearing structures (foundation, support columns, floor slabs) – external wall filling, interior wall partitions can be made of small -piece elements (ceramic and silicate bricks, gas -and -foamy blocks and p. D.).
Reducing costs during construction production is achieved by using technological insulation. According to their thermal insulating characteristics of 10 centimeters of the new generation materials, a meter layer of concrete is completely replaced. The construction of supporting structures with insulators placed inside them is associated with obtaining a serious economic effect. When arranging a suburban cottage, the owners of the site can buy building materials both at specialized wholesale bases and on selling sites. The cost of products sold through Internet resources, as a rule, is 10-15 percent cheaper than similar value criteria for goods presented in construction supermarkets.
