Horizontal support for tomatoes.
If you provide tomatoes with the opportunity to grow at their discretion, the plants will be approached approximately the way zucchini. The proposed backup reconciles the nature of plants with the wishes of the gardener. After young plants germinate through the wire mesh, they get the opportunity to stretch, but the fruits will not touch the ground, which will protect them from decay.
Lumber
• 2 boards with a length of 12 feet with a cross section of 1 x 4 inches
Furniture
• Wire mesh for a fence of 2 x 6 feet with cells 2 x 3 inches
• 1 box of galvanized brackets size 14 inches
• A shift head-spray
Sawing lumber.
Cut the blanks into two boards of 72 inches for the long sides of the frame (a), two boards of 30 inches for short sides (b), one board 30 inches long for the crossbar (c) and six pointed legs (d).
Production of support.
Make the frame, attaching with screws its long sides (a) to the ends of the short sides (b) and by connecting the crossbar (c), as shown in the figure. Then attach the wire mesh to the upper edges around the perimeter. Turn the frame and attach four legs (g) in the inner corners of the frame with screws, and the remaining two on both sides of the central crossbar (B), as shown. Turn the support again and put it on young plants.
