Buying a new building in Crimea

Crimea is one of the favorite places of recreation for residents of all former union republics. An excellent climate, a warm sea, but there is a problem that has already become familiar-a lack of resort-recreational facilities equipped according to modern requirements. From the point of view of prospects, the acquisition of an apartment on the Crimean peninsula, and especially in large cities, is a very sound thought. Moreover, a square meter here is many times lower than in Moscow. And, in extreme cases, such an apartment can be rented, and it will bring quite a stable income. And you can relax in it yourself when you want. For all these reasons, new buildings in Crimea are quite attractive to buyers, both from other regions of Ukraine and, traditionally, from Russia. As elsewhere, the price of a square meter in new buildings has a direct dependence on the area, the layout, number of storeys and degree of landscaping. Economy class housing is quoted from 700 to 1000 US dollars per square meter, and in elite houses in the cities of the southern coast it reaches 5 thousand. The most intense construction work is underway in Sevastopol. This is caused by relatively high prices for secondary housing in this city, and the fact that there are areas where to build. The developer is interested in the stable sales of newly built areas, therefore, construction sites are maintained in Gurzuf, and in Yalta, as well as in Alushta, Alupka, Foros, Simeiz and other villages of the southern coast of Crimea. Construction is often complicated not only by technical problems, but also by the corruption of local authorities. Not so long ago, the chief architect of Yalta was sentenced to a prison term for illegal operations to remove space for development. But, despite the obstacles, they are erected at home, and every year visitors see the results of this construction – new high -rise buildings.

In the city where the construction is carried out most intensively – in Sevastopol – there are so many housing that developers are forced to reduce prices. The Tauride residential complex, located on the coast, built by Paragon, includes 1-room apartments at a price of less than 23 thousand US dollars, and in the capital of the Autonomous Republic-the city of Simferopol-the price of a square meter in new buildings is limited to an amount of $ 650 from below and $ 1,000 from above. Three companies – “Monolith”, “console” and “professional” – shared the Simferopol construction market among themselves.
