Let us consider in more detail the possibilities of pumps supplying at home water. The most important criterion for their purchase is the depth of groundwater. In the case of not a deep location of the water source (no more than 8 m), it is rational to use self -digging pumps.
There are several types of self -digging pumps. The most common of them are ejector pumps, it is thanks to built -in ejectors that the water lift occurs in them. Such pumps are used not only to supply water inside the house, but also for filling out various containers located on a personal plot, such as pools and ponds. It is very convenient to use ejector pumps for watering. However, working pumps of this type make a rather loud sound, so they are most often placed not inside the dwelling, but outside, in a small technical construction.
Another type of self -digging pumps of ejectors does not contain, its work is provided by a complex multi -stage hydraulic system. A big advantage of such devices is their silent work.
There are two ways to use self -digging pumps. The first assumes the presence of a storage tank, which should be regularly filled, and the second option is designed to use a membrane storage tank.
The first method requires the installation inside the tank of the sensor that controls the water level and blocks the pump at the time of its complete filling. When the water level in the tank again drops below the required level, the sensor will start the pump again.
Due to the fact that the water from the reservoir goes by gravity of its pressure is very weak, which is one of the disadvantages of such a system.
The second disadvantage of this design is the need for constant tracking the operation of automation. Otherwise, the water will without a break to go beyond the tank and your house may be flooded. In order to avoid such an unfortunate situation, it is best to attach an overflow pipe to the tank, which will provide emergency outflow of water.
