In the production of all wooden products, the most important stage is the process of staining the product. Only due to processing wood and retains all its strength for a very long period. It is the paintwork that protects all products from moisture, as well as from the formation of fungal mold.
It is very interesting to notice that all wooden windows can most often be done independently. This is actually much easier than it seems, but you will have to take care of the windowsill in advance. It goes without saying that only a wooden windowsill of the color you need is suitable for such windows.
The staining of a wooden window is performed by dipping or dousing. Such methods only give the most uniform layer of coating. Based on the name, the dipping method itself involves the immersion of the entire wooden product into a container with a dye or some kind of treated liquid. Squeezing, similarly, implies the application of paint, pouring it on top of the product itself. Only after the use of the dye in both cases, the products are suspended around the corner, because this is how the paint uniformly flows from the product. The spraying method is used for final staining.
The most correct staining of wooden windows, that which ensures the durability of all products, occurs at once in four stages.
1. Impregnation. Used for demented wood and for all breeds with an average degree of stability. These include all coniferous wood of wood. This method allows you to clean the surface of the wood well and then provide protection against mold. It is at this stage that it is necessary to withstand all the necessary drying time of the product. Impregnant himself is completely free.
2. Padding. It is at this stage that the primer is applied, which provides protection against wood from the entire effect of ultraviolet rays.
3. Intermediate staining. Approaching the entire preliminary layer of paint and allows you to get the most uniform color on the entire surface of the product.
4. The finish color of the product is performed precisely after the first layer of paint dries. By spraying, the final staining of the surface is carried out, so as to achieve the most even layer of paint on the product itself and also the most smooth coating.
