The main component will be chalk, which you can purchase either in the form of a dry powder or in the form of a pasta. Do not be embarrassed if the acquired material has a grayish tint, after it dries, it has a perfectly white color.
Before preparing a solution for whitewashing, it is necessary to carefully sift chalk in order to remove various impurities. Then mix 1-2 kg of chalk with 3 liters of water, and mix this solution thoroughly.
Next, strain the resulting solution using several layers of gauze. Rinse the fabric with water periodically so that the pores do not clog. If you need your ceiling to have a magnificent, snow -white shade, add blue to the obtained consistency.
If the resulting solution is more necessary, then you can save it for the next repairs in this way: leave the composition in the same container in two days where and diluted, the chalk settled at the bottom will turn into a paste at the bottom. Put it on a package with a layer of 5-7 cm, after this pasta will dry and you can store it as much as you need in a dry place.
