1. Inspection of the house territory. You can evaluate the work of utilities for the timely removal of garbage, the availability of parking, paid parking, playground, grocery supermarkets and shopping centers, the proximity of kindergartens, schools, clinics.
2. Inspection of the entrance. The cleanliness of the stairwell, the presence of lighting on all floors indicates the accuracy of the neighbors. If the house has an elevator, you need to ask how often emergency stops occur. This question is important if the apartment is located on the last floors.
3. Inspection of the apartment. When examining the apartment, it is necessary to comprehensively check the condition of the room. The recent repairs should be alerted by the buyer, usually with new wallpaper or tiles, they try to disguise the flow on the walls and fungus. If after the purchase it is not planned overhaul, you need to evaluate the condition of all communications: gas pipes, sewage, water supply, heating. Cleaning the sewage system may be required. Sometimes, to increase the price of the apartment, the owner changes wooden windows to the most inexpensive and poor -quality profile, which will become unusable in a few years.
