Concreting the bottom and walls of the bowl should be phased and very accurate that the bottom is smooth and with an exact slope for draining water, and the sides are even. Concrete uses a class not lower than B15 and brands not lower than W4, which respectively provides strength and water permeability. For frost resistance, concrete should be F100-F150 (per 100-150 cycles), as well as additives for concrete Saturfix and Fluxan to increase waterproofing.

Corrosion resistance also depends on the density of concrete, which is provided by the exact amount of water used for its preparation, as well as the compaction. And to work with such concrete it was easier, plasticizers are added to it, which also have the properties of waterproofing. The stacked mixture of concrete is compacted with vibration and vacuuming, which allows you to remove all the shells (plots in the nodium of concrete filled with air), which reduce the service life of the pool.

You can fill the pool with concrete in two ways – continuously and in two doses. In the first case, a monolithic bowl is obtained, which is not easy, because a lot of concrete will be needed at once, that is, a car concrete and reliable suppliers of concrete, is used very rarely. The second method is used using a self -expanding cord, which helps to combine hardened and fresh concrete, sealing the bowl.

First the bottom of the bowl is poured, and then its walls. The cord, expanding when contacting water, stops the loss of water from the mixture. However, it is very important to ensure the purity of joints so that construction waste and dust do not fall.

After the concrete hardening in the bowl, the geometric dimensions are carried out by the resisto unifix waterproof solutions and the similar, or plaster solutions (M500 cement with sand), with COLLASEAL or LATIFLEX additives, which improve the quality of this plaster.

Freshly laid concrete should not be cooled below +5 ° C, heat up with direct sunlight and dry if the air humidity is low.

As soon as the formwork is removed, it is necessary to carry out waterproofing work – a special coating is applied, excluding the disclosure of possible cracks in concrete. These are impregnation compositions, repulsive fluids, and polymerizing, and based on polymer resins (epoxy and acrylic).

However, if a PVC film is used as a finishing material for a concrete basin, then waterproofing works are not needed, but ceramics and mosaics require careful surface preparation.

Particular attention should be paid to critical places – the joints of the bottom and walls of the bowl, where it is necessary to stick sealing tapes. Well, before you do tiles or mosaic, the bowl must be checked for the presence of leaks, filling it with water and withstanding it 10 days. And after draining the water, the bowl must be reduced, otherwise, in the presence of small sand and other contaminants, the tiles will not be glued enough.

The decoration of pools and mosaics is carried out in the form of artistic panels, not forgetting the walls of the room if the pool is closed. Latex is introduced into the composition of glue and grout, to give waterproofing properties.

A cheap, but no less durable and beautiful finish allows you to make a special film from which a bag is made in size, fixed on the bottom and walls with special fasteners, and the anti -condensation carpet is laid on the film. The service life is from 7 to 12 years, which is enough for timely replacement due to rapidly changing fashion.

Grouting inter -seamy seams is carried out by epoxy grouts.
