A person is not born to fly, and therefore for him to live in skyscrapers unnaturally. Of course, an apartment on the 25th floor, this, on the one hand, is romantic, but on the other hand, most people living in such conditions noted that they experience discomfort and stress.
However, throughout the world, the standard of comfortable residence is low-rise houses: cottages, Town House. In Sweden, for example, it is generally impossible to build buildings above 5 floors, as this negatively affects the psychological state of people. In Italy, the entrance to the house often has practically no threshold or elevation and is located a flush with street territory, emphasizing the desire to be closer to the ground. In many countries of the West, large buildings are most of the housing stock, and skyscrapers are elevated mainly to business centers.
Once in Russia there were no high-rise buildings until the country was overwhelmed by a wave of mass housing construction. Of course, this made it possible to provide housing for many families. But today everything returns to its own circles, and the turnover is gaining a low-rise segment, the bright representatives of which are Town House.
In fact, Town House is a hybrid of an apartment and a country house. It is not completely private, since usually one structure belongs to two or four owners, but is similar to the cottage in its area (more than 200 kV. m), and in addition, has its own land, on which greenhouses can be located for growing environmentally friendly vegetables, shrubs, flower beds.
Thus, the unconditional virtues of the Town House are:
the location far from the bustle of the city and slagged roads, among natural landscapes; neighborhood with forest plantations, ponds, and therefore, favorable ecology and external environment;
Autonomous engineering systems, uninterruptedly supplying electricity, gas, water;
The absence of problems characteristic of multi -storey densely populated houses: dark dirty entrances, broken elevators, noisy neighbors, disconnecting hot water, etc. P;
much more affordable compared to apartments and cottages, a square meter cost;
the presence of your own parking lot, land plot.
Of course, we will not idealize this type of housing development and try to look at the situation objectively, indicating the shortcomings of living in the tow house. And what will outweigh: pros or cons, and whether such housing is suitable for a comfortable residence – you decide.
So, Town House, despite the location far from the city, is still not completely private housing, it will have to be divided with one, but by neighbors, and what they will come across, you will not guess.
The land allotment is quite small, therefore, with the cultivation of garden crops, you won’t be particularly fled on it, and again the plots are not divided by each other, which means that complete solitude will not work.
There is no way to embody original design ideas in the design of the exterior and internal layout, since the concept of Town House implies the same type.
Insufficiently developed social infrastructure.
Lack of fences (high fence), which means that the door of the input metal is necessary for reliable protection against the penetration of uninvited guests.
